Hello, I’m Elena Widmer, founder of TeAjut.ch.

I am Elena Widmer, the founder of TeAjut.ch. I have lived in Switzerland since 2015.

I have a varied professional and entrepreneurial background, built both in the Republic of Moldova and in Switzerland. Before settling here, I earned a Master in Human Resource Management from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova and worked in business consulting, translation and language education. I worked in radio and television and took part in social and educational projects, including a World Bank initiative for young people.

In Switzerland I continued my studies and earned a second master’s degree, in International Management, from the University of Lausanne (HEC Lausanne), and I took accounting courses in Geneva. I worked at a multinational human resources company, in sales and regional marketing, and later developed my skills in using artificial intelligence for personal and commercial projects.

I also started my family here, and my two children were born in Switzerland. I know from my own experience the challenges of studying, starting a career, settling into a new country and family life in Switzerland.

I speak Romanian, English, French, Italian and Russian.

I created TeAjut.ch to offer people with projects in Switzerland my experience, my local knowledge and the support of a real, trustworthy person.

One of my strengths is networking: I know how to build and maintain professional relationships. I have a network of contacts in Switzerland and internationally, a real advantage for my clients’ projects. I personally handle every project, from the first conversation to completion. When a project requires it, depending on its needs and urgency, I work with a team of valued professionals.
